First Aid Kit

I was wondering what you guys carry in your first aid kits when on the mountains? I like to travel light but would hate to need something and not have it. At the moment i have a very small first aid bag with plasters small bandages and lots of pain killers. Whats your opinions?

After donkeys years trompting the hills and climbing I've come to the conclusion: NO SUCH THINGS EXIST! Has anyone ever removed the contents of Pot Noodle container and repackaged them in a resealable plastic bag for ease of carrying.. Pot Noodles are handy but bulky. I have to give full bragging rights to Gav for the pictures of the hare. I was too busy messing around in the snow and missed it. :D I had been trying to get a picture of 1 all day but they were always to far away.
