Cheers Charles, yes Bla' Bheinn to be the last one. Hoping to maybe get a few days of good weather to fit in a Cuillin traverse beforehand (dog-less of course).
As far as I'm aware there have been no successful, self-propelled, canine ascents of the Inn Pinn. There was a chap who in 2009 paid for a Skye mountain guide to hoist his Boxer up the Inn Pinn in a special "dog rescue" harness. I really don't see the point in people carrying or hoisting dogs to places they can't reach under their own steam, unless it's necessary for the continuation of an extended route. If it's just to take a picture and prove a point, well it's kinda daft but also a bit sad IMO.
Here's a photo of Teallach the famous mountaineering GSD beside the Inn Pinn. A clever angle makes it look like he's on the pinnacle, but he's actually sitting on Sgurr Dearg summit.
