Good Morning - New chap looking for advice.

Postby Vortex82 » Thu Feb 23, 2012 11:31 am

Hello everybody,
I'm a young chap currently living in Bristol but desperate for some adventures away. I'm Scottish myself, born in Dundee and my parents now live in the SW (father works on Shetland). Had the idea to possibly use SW home as a hub to venture in deeper.

My work in Bristol is hectic and busy and I'd like to start doing " adventure breaks away" opposed to just talking about it and never doing it!

I'm as active as I can be down here, rugby, diving etc but new to long walking/accending.

Any help would be greatly recieved.

Many thanks

Alex

Hi Alex welcome to the site :D

Have you tried the "find a walk" option which is at the top right hand of the page http://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/Forum/find-a-walk.php

Very handy for planning walks :D
