Mars Bars Butties and a pint of cold milk or hot black coffee.

Recipe - 4 slices of plain bread well buttered.

2 Mars Bars cut in slices.

Carefully cover 2 of the plain bread slices with Mars Bars slices - eat any Mars Bar that's left over - Place the other two slices of bread on top. Carefully cut in half. You now have four pieces to treat yourself with on the hill.

Note that cold milk is only for the summer. Hot strong black unsweetened coffee for the winter.

I know you all think I'm mad but it has to be tried at least once. Yum Yum.

The most genius thing i have ever seen was a walker pulling out his thermos to pour hot mince on a roll. I really have to get involved with that one day soon.

I was discussing strange and unusual foods we had eaten with a bloke who likes to live off the land. His phrase will stay with me for ever - "I wouldn't have badger again..."
