Well last sunday I had planned to take my older scouts for a day to teach the young people hill safety and hill etiquette,

so all the kids had to set there maps in the car park just to get used to working with the maps and shockingly for some of them having the writting upside down

from there we followed the the path and and thankfully the views started to open up

we then took the path up to the left to reach the summit

before dropping down the back of the hill to grab some lunch

After lunch we followed the same path back down to the car park.

The scouts really enjoyed there day on the hill and have asked if we can try something that is a little more challenging so hopefully i can get them out soon and get better at there write ups
