Thanks. I have run some road races and my wife has walked them, but we have just begun to hike. We are in or 60's and cannot take on trails that are too strenuous. We are really looking forward to our trip as we have made one trip to Scotland in the past (Edinburgh and south to London) and find the people to be friendly, generous and kind.
