'Mountain Life' by Rupert Hoare, anyone read?

Rupert Hoare was a great mountaineer, climber, traveller etc etc etc. He was diagnosed with cancer in Jan11 and quickly set about putting his diaries together and managed to have them published before his death in Sept of that year.

I had the privilege of knowing Rupert, allbeit in his final months, and his enthusiasm for the hills was inspiring and endearing.

His book is a great read with some astonishing pictures from every continent.

Has anyone read it or indeed knew Rupert from his climbing days?

Would that be 'Mountain Views,' by any chance?

Looks like a good read. Once it's on Kindle and at a lower price I'll probably pick it up.
