So plan of attack was a swift return to Glen Shee with Dave and Leticia to have a sneaky peak at Glas Maol and Creag Leacach while they are dusted with some snow. 8)

Great conditions on the drive in with the ususal impressive views of the Lochnagar buttress had our hopes up for a good day finished off with a fine cup of hot chocolate (ski centres do have their uses).

After a promising start in blue skies unfortunately the plan started to unravel. Poor Leticia wasn't feeling well and was starting to struggle while the crystal clear views were soon replaced by grey cloud. Still we made it up to Glas Maol before deciding to save Creag Leacach for another day, and got to pick the brains of a guy from SAIS we met on top...
