Doggie and An Teallach

Doggie and An Teallach

Anyone any info. on taking a mutt round An Teallach (South to North)? Thinking about doing this next week with 17 yr old son (who will cope) and my liver flatcoat (not sure....)? He's fit, fearless, and has done about 60 munros, so I THINK he'll be OK but it's a while since I did An Teallach, so my memory of the route is not detailed....I THINK most of the tricky bits are bi-passable by trail, but not sure.....I've heaved him up a few rock steps before

All the tricky bits are avoidable so, unless your dog is very bouncy with a suicidal trip you should be fine.
Do it on a good day though, it is a great mountain.
