A great walk within easy reach of Portree. It's very easy to keep to the right path on the way up as you simply follow the edge of the east facing ridge. You can walk very close to the edge and take in the views of the drops below or keep further back from danger as there are easy alternatives away from the edges. Either way the walking is excellent. When you get to the trig point at the top the views are well worth all the effort. On a clear day you should be able to see all the way over Rassay to the mainland, and the view up the Trotternish coast is superb. You could easily spend a few hours just laying about at the top taking in the views, looking out for wildlife or gazing down into Portree harbour, it's quite a peaceful spot. All things considered it's a 5 star walk for me.
