Red ibis at Cramond

Guess what my daughter spotted on Cramond beach today? The red ibis escapee from Edinburgh zoo.

It's needing to be recaptured as under threat from predators because of bright plumage. She phoned the zoo but no reply so she tweeted them - which seemed appropriate on a bird matter! Guess it will have moved on by the time they get down there.

Wow, bet she had to rub her eyes a few times, to believe what she was seeing!
