I read this fantastic report when it was first posted and have looked at it many times since. I have visited St. Kilda and plan to go back again.
To have reached the summit of Boreray at just over 1200 ft might seem fairly simple on paper.
In reality it is harder to obtain than any of the munros. Most likely more difficult to achieve than to complete all the munros
Maybe I will do it one day but probably not :(
Great to read this again and watch the videos. Highly recommended :D

Boreray and the stacs from the gap on Hirta  May 2014

I have to agree. If I see that landing jump, my own humble efforts to jump ashore Shiant and Rona seem a walk in the park. Crazy stuff, inconcievable to most human beings. All the better Pete shared this with us mere mortals 8)

First woman has now completed all the Marilyns, including Boreray

I believe that there are now (?)8 men and one woman to have done the lot.
Have now got my score up to 1509/1556, but will never do the sea-stacks. At 76 am just too feart...in fact I was always too feart.

A great achievement to complete all the Marlyns though I guess a lot of them are pretty boring. If there are 9 folk who have done all the Marlyns I wonder how many more have done the 6 St. Kilda ones. Apart from the native St Kildans I would guess ( ) it isn't more than double figures.
The St Kilda six could become the ultimate most prized UK hill list for folk who like such lists.
I must say 1509/1556 is pretty impressive. :D
