Munros included on this walk: Ben Chonzie

Date walked: 29/09/2012

Time taken: 5 hours

Distance: 12.5 km

Ascent: 712m

At the start:
I started at a really thin car park :) and walk along a road beside 2 farms
The climb:
was quite easy not a bit steep :D

The mountain:
on the path i though i saw the hill but the hill i say was as small as a sub2000er it probably was :lol: but then my dad looked in the distance and my dad said there's the mountain i thought my dad had a deformity cause it looked so far away :shock:

At the Actual hill:
We got up the first bit of Ben Chonzie and then we had to climb it was steeper than what we just did :roll: i found a cairn and i thought it was the peak of Ben Chonzie so i shouted "i found the top" and my dad said "that's no the top you daffty"

We got to the top:
We got to the top and it was windy :(

My daughter and I walked up there a few weeks ago, we couldn't see a thing at the top, it was so cloudy, and REALLY windy as well! At least you had some veiws!
Well done on climbing another one!

well done - you are doin brilliant climbing all these hills - I managed to get my daughter up her first munro this year -




but she has only done one so far - I'll need to show her your reports!! Well done
