Hi Pauline
Have you tried this http://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/cottages.shtml
It is now faster and easier to find a cottage that suits your needs here :D or if its a bunkhouse or b&b etc you will find all you need on the accomodation section :D
Best of luck and enjoy your trip

Hi Pauline
Five of us stayed in one of the Torridon Estate’s cottages last year. We were in Corrie Lodge and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Reasonably priced even though the cottage sleeps 8, and others sleep 6.
http://www.torridonestate.com/
Also benefits from being situated half way between Coire MhicNobaill and the Torridon Inn :)

Enjoy your visit

We have stayed in Seabank in Strathcarron, Torridon is just round the corner

Lovely cottage, near the shop and opposite a cafe, overlooks the Loch

Just back from a week in Torridon, stayed in Kinlochewe at Creag Ruadh (on this site), which is a house right next door to the petrol station, but don't let that put you off, have to say was one of the warmest comfortable houses I've stayed in up Wester Ross way. The cost is reasonable and you can walk straight from the house up some of the mountain paths. Plenty of hills around to choose from.

We stayed here in the summer of 2011, and absolutely loved it. Quite far along the road to the north of the loch but still only 5-10 minutes to Torridon village.

Cottage was perfect for the two of us, couldn't have been better placed for the solitude. Worth a look?

Stayed in this old croft to nice quiet as torridon is some great walks close to and just along from beinn alligin.
Also has a great selection of books and a nice hot log burner :) :) . Just remember to get your shopping before you get there as there is nothing much in torridon. Had to make a 90 mile round trip to dingwall the first time we went. :(
