Off at Kilpatrick station-through gate opposite gas plant-straight up field, track, then dyke to Greenside reservoir -over hill to Concho Loch & Jaw reservoir-skirt forestry then cut down to track by farm across A809 & on to Milngavie- 3 hours or more if your like me.

This is a walk I do all the time yet it is always different. Yesterday it was the sky & snow - met nobody. The familiar is good but it is always fun to go somewhere new - hopefully that will be me on my next days off. We have to keep going...

As Tennyson writes of Ulysses:

Yet all experience is an arch wherethrough
Gleams that untravelled world, whose margin fades
For ever and for ever when I move.
