Don't worry about giving it back but if anyone is heading to An Caisteal you should find a Trek Mate , Flick Lock walking pole (Green) around one or other of the little rocky mounds just below the summit.

If anyone see's her nerve she also lost that coming back down around the step and could do with it back ahead of some ridges we plan soon.
