For sale Asolo Alpanist GV Size 42 (8) B2 Boot

Postby paulG1 » Fri Mar 08, 2013 10:46 pm

Hi there
I am selling my Asolos that I bought last month. I am a size 7 but was given poor advice from a shop that I will not name that when buying a pair of 4 season boots I should buy one size up. Anyway they don’t hold firm on my heal when walking so that is the only reason I am selling them. They ARE very good boots the link here explains al about them. http://www.ellis-brigham.com/products/alpinist-gtx/3941?gclid=CPqm4rKI7rUCFUbMtAodUnIAYg
They are £150 at the moment brand new and given that I have only worn them twice I would like £100 ONO for them.
Please get in touch if interested :D

Just an idea.. I found my winter Scarpa's did this as i had to go up a size to get the length right (euro sizes I guess+ thick socks+ room for your toes when kicking into to snow)

2 solutions - one was a new lacing technique - see here -
(funnily enough a pair of Asolo's)

or 2 - adding in a heel cup - available here - http://www.physioroom.com/product.php?pid=36075&cid=2012&affid=25&gclid=CM7kxe7Q-rUCFaHHtAodhlcAzg

Maybe save you getting rid?
