How do I upload a pic to my Avatar?

I`ve never done this before! Got a pic I would like to use in my avatar ( in downloads ) but don`t know how to uplift it.

You have to resize it first to the size required by WH (90x90 pix max and/or 63 KiB) then go to your "Account Settings" - Profile - Edit Avatar - Upload from your machine - click on choose file, locate your resized pic on your machine, choose and click upload.

I think WH should increase the size of pic required trying to resize a pic that you want to fit in the dimensions required is a Nightmare!!!!! 'Just saying'
