Did The Fruin from Duirland farm, not a great choice as farmer has fences everywhere to keep his livestock safe from us walkers. There is a sign at the start of the track "private property strictly no dogs". I don't have a dog so i ignored it. I ended up coming around the back of Fruin after finding a way up which avoid the fences. I returned by heading directly towards the car and this would have been a better route up as a path near the parking area leads to Helensburgh so just follow the path and leave at the high point. Next was Ben Bowie. Parked where a track starts near Daligan. Continue on the track to a break and a path leads to the summit. I didn't leave the track at the break but continued to another break which led me to the Three Lochs Way, here i went right and upto the summit. I returned down to the first break and track back to the start.
