Monadliath munros bridge

Monadliath munros bridge

In light of the bridge going down at Achaladair, I thought i'd let folk know of an issue on the Monadhliath munros.
If descending off A'Chailleach (if doing clockwise like the WH route) you need to cross the Alt a'Chaorainn. If in spate there is a bridge 0.5k further down the bank. When we got to the bridge we found it all taped off with a sign either end stating "bridge unsafe - keep off"
Ask no questions and i'll tell no lies how we got across but I wouldn't recommend trying to go over the bridge  The handrail is shortly about to fall off and some of the boards are rotten and crumbling. The middle section is about to collapse. It's a fair old drop and the Alt below is raging.
As it is in spate with all the current snowmelt a wade is needed for the forseeable :?

This is from a couple of years ago so I'd be surpised if its still standing. And yes, I did manage to tippy-toe my way across (& back again)!

This may be a silly question - but i chickened out of crossing the one on the route up Ben Oss from Dalrigh earlier this week due to its condition and being on my own - but who if anyone is responsible for maintaining/ inspecting these structures? Or is it a case of user beware?
If the bridge caries a public road way then the land owner has some responsibility for ensuring its condition. If it carries a private road (like a hill track or a farm road) then i am not sure. If it carries a footpath then there is probably even less requirement.
