Have just got my own computer so can now join this site. I'm not a new walker though - bought my first pair of boots in 1999. Best £100 I ever spent! They took me up 106 Munros before having to be replaced. Now on my third pair and 242 Munros, so the finishing line is coming into sight. Still some challenges ahead though - Aonach Eagach, 8 on Skye (including the Pinn) and Knoydart come to mind. Ideally I like walking in company, so maybe I can meet up with some like-minded people through this site. I don't like winter walking, though, so my season tends to run from April to October.
