Android phone mapping with memory map

Android phone mapping with memory map

I have a Samsung S3 and have downloaded the memory map app. However when I navigate to the Walk Highlands web site and try to download waypoints for walks all I get is gobbledygook. Any ideas?

Sounds like your browser is trying to open and interpret the GPX (or whatever) files, which it won't be able to do and which will indeed appear as gobbledegook. Try to save the files instead of loading them in the browser (probably a long press on the link), then open them with Memory Map. Good luck :)
