The flooring can wait . Its time for our christmas dander . Due to meet the pigeon at the bridge crossing the Achmore burn at 0815 for the off . Got to the bridge at 0730 what are my eyes deceiving it was pigeons motor after being out on the tiles he was early ?
Due to the bad weather reports we opted for this walk so booted and suited and off for 0820 . A wee bit damp but mild for the trek up thru the woods up to the gate at the transmitter tower then out into the open . Still staying on the track up to the Breachlaich dam staying on the track we made our way around the north side of the dam then made a bee line for the trig a wee bit bogey with some snow ( much to Jakes delight ) . Got to the top at 10am then the wind picked up making it difficult to stand a quick photo then back down facing the wind then snow then rain dejavu . Soaked on another Christmas walk . stopped off in the tree line had our mince pies and a brew then back to the start finnished at 1120hrs . Once dried off we made our way down to the Killin hotel for some light refreshment . A good way to finnish off the year other than the customary soaking . IS THERE ANY HILLS IN THE CARRIBEAN anyone who reads this have a merry christmas and a happy new year.

I like it, a man that thinks like me. 2 years i've been flooring my house with just one room left, only because the hills kept winning
