short on time yesterday , my buddy and I decided a wee stroll up conic hill was in order . left car park at 10.33am , gentle walk up the well maintained path in slightly overcast conditions , slush and ice on way to top, great views as per route description . did not think it would be a busy wee hill due to weather earlier , how wrong I was , a large group of tourists arrived , thought I was in sauchiehall street!!! . after a wee cuppa we left behind the masses . on way down was amazed to see hid some people dress for hill walking , one girl in ugg boots!!! , bearing in mind the Slippy icy slush further up I could just imagine the state they will get into .
anyway , great wee hill for a quick walk with great views .
