Not good with tracks. Can anyone ID the animal from these tracks in the snow? Thanks.

Line of tracks at height of 600m in Southern Uplands.

Seconded - Dog, rear pad looks wrong shape for fox and fox tracks are usually closer together.

I thought the prints looked like dog prints but there were no human tracks on the snow. Suppose it could have been Donald-bagging on its own.

It's fairly easy to distinguish between dog and fox prints: if you can draw a line between the two front pads and the two rear pads without crossing through the pads, it's a fox, otherwise it's a dog.
