Positioning maps and image attachments in reports

Postby seasgaich99 » Wed Mar 19, 2014 12:18 pm

Hello!

I have started posting trip reports and they seem OK.

I would prefer to position my map at the start, before any text, and also perhaps get to the point where I can place images within the text, so that each image relates to what I've just said.

Can you help me with this, please?

I'm not sure about maps, but photos will have a bit under them which says 'Place inline' - put the cursor where you want the picture to be in the report and click that button, and a link should magically appear.

Many thanks for your help. I should have read better some bumf I printed from this site, where I'd have seen the bit about using the Place Inline feature.
I have a CD of music by an Arthur Cormack, one song being "An cluinn thu mi, mo nighean donn". It's superb. Ther CD is called Ruith na Gaoith.
