Would it be possible to buy it, put nice steps all the way up Sharp Edge, like elsewhere in the Lake District, thereby making the route I did next door the hardest, and re-sell? How much would Wonga or some-such charge me? (Prob not worth it , because you would still get people saying "Ah, but I did it via Sharp Edge BEFORE the stair-case.)

Sorry to the folks of Cumbria (who, lets face it, are blessed with a plethara of great hills), but if I bought it I'd move it down to Bedfordshire which is conspicuously and some might say (well, me at least) unfairly flat.
