I've bought a copy of the Walkhighlands Guide to the Munros.
Are the GPX files for Paul and Helen's routes available for download on this site?

yes. go to the pages for each route and you will find them

If you go onto the route page for the hill of interest, for example Mayar and Driesh are here: http://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/angus/mayar-driesh.shtml then you can find the GPX files about half way down the intro section on the right.

I don't use them but I presume these are the ones referenced in the book.
