Rab vapour rise lite pull on. Are they any good to use as a mid layer ?

If the jacket is anything to go by, then yes, definitely.
In the warmer months, with a light breeze, when you rest or eat on the summit etc, it is the perfect companion.
Just enough wind proofing, but keeping breathability.
I would definitely recommend it.
For the size and weight it really is top of the pile.
I went for the jacket, although more expensive, it does keep the rain off for 20-30 minutes with a hood.

Just back from 3 weeks in Scotland and used mine on top of my T-shirt frequently on its own - was fine under my waterproof too. Can highly recommend this piece of kit, very useful.
