Before I start making the phone calls has anybody obtained this years details of when the military will be operating in the Cape Wrath area this year?

Looking to go 22nd September onwards

Should just phone. I think they do it for around 3 weeks spring and autumn and last year were firing when we went north between 12-15th October, so it may have started by end September. If you get no answer, the folk in the Durness Visit Scotland office are very well clued up and helpful.

Seems to be after the end of September usually.
