Companions - Alan, Angela and Gillian
I picked up Angela and Gillian then met Alan at Silverburn, long drive down to Glen Trool. weather slight mix one heavy shower but remainder dry but overcast and cold wind.Very rough ground in places and long climb up tp Lamachan followed by a very interesting ridge walk and steep climb to Curleywee. Fairly tough descent and walk out. excellent new pub at foot of glen. Back home for 8pm
Sporting event - Dundee Utd won the Cup yesterday for the second time in their history.
