What a cracking video Scoob, loved the colours in Dirc Mhor and the sun set on the Farra, all the best for 2015
Cheers

Superb video Auld Man! I remember doing this route with my mate Robin a few years back. Coming off Meall nan Eagan, he didn't like the look of going through the Dirc. We went down to check it out and both decided to go up and round. I took a lower route that got me into some minor scrambling difficulties. We went round the far end of the loch which was quite cool before heading onto the Fara.

Mmmmm given me some food for thought this wee video has Scoob (and Fi) I was planning on heading to this area during the summer to do the Ben Alder hills and the Fara on the way out. May look at extending to take on that gorge too

Nicely produced as ever Auld Man

Dirc Mhor is rough going; I took a grassy rake up left half way along just before old deer fence cuts left to crags.
Descending NNE ridge of The Fara takes you down to bulldozed track to a ford just east of the lodge and back to quarry. The FB on map has been washed downstream.
