Weather looks to be calming down for the weekend :) .
Itching to get out so plan a short day on Meall Chuaich, starting around 9.30 from the layby. If anyone wants to join me post here or send a PM.
Cheers

Hi Evie - bet you have been chomping at the bit too  I would join you but am probably heading south

I would suggest taking a bike for your walk, but I know what a purist you are

Enjoy, as MC is probably one of the best hills in the area 8)

Louise
Great to hear you are back in UK.
I'll be down Perthshire way in March for a few days walking - I'll give you a shout and we can hopefully catch up.
Cheers

Oh no!
I didn't spot this post before - but I was there today as it happens.
What a beautiful walk it was.
Think I was first up but I saw quite a few walking up as I came back down.
A bike would have been useless today!!

Hi Kaye
Yes it was a lovely day, I had been saving this one winter walk and quite a few others had the same idea. Don't think I have ever been on such a busy hill.
Many thanks for 'breaking the trail'... much appreciated

Ha ha. I felt like an intrepid explorer, all on my own with no prints anywhere.....
I got such a shock when so many people appeared on my way down!

I had company today and we did Ben Wyvis today - needed all the gear - what a slog it felt.
I'm sure it's a doddle in summer!
