Hi guys

New to this forum! Great website!

Myself and a few friends are hitting Scotland around July and was looking for some people experiences on the Scottish mountains.

Definitely going to the isle of Skye, Ben Nevis and I read some good reports on Liathach.

Any more recommendations?

Thanks a millon!

Hi and welcome to WalkHighlands.

You may find this page useful, which lists the Munros by user rating:

Obviously, always best to read up on the trip reports and do stuff within your ability.

Hi there,

You should try north west of scotland, very remote and beautiful walks and sceneries.
Let me know if you decide to come up that way, can suggest you a few walks.
Take care.

Cue arguments and bickering about which is best ! You have to see Glen Coe, Glen Etive, go to Skye via Mallaig so you see the scenery from Fort William to Mallaig, the Western Isles are beautiful and remote, the mainland coast north of Skye is wild and impressive....
