One of the stirrups on my year old eVent gaiters failed, quick email to RAB and they were happy to send out a new pair of straps f.o.c. and very promptly, i.e. quick enough to stop an aimless wander to Cotswolds costing me £40 I didn't need to spend
Seems only fair to advertise good service like that
