2nd last day of our weeks hols on Skye. Poor weather all week ,only managed 1 hill on previous Sunday ( weather was glorious that day ) , so decided to climb Br - na - Fr from the Fairy Pools car park in Glen Brittle. An easy enough walk despite the low cloud - ok till 450 M , then clag all the way up -no views at all . Despite this I enjoyed the workout . 5 min break at trig point for a quick bite to eat.
I met a group of 3 on their way up as I was coming down in the rain in lower Fionn Choire - a quick Hi as we passed each other - wishing for views as they got higher up.................
When I return to climb Sgurr nan G and Am B. I`ll make sure its a clear day to see the views I missed.
Didn't take Oskar with me today - as per my previous TR , it`s not a place for dogs - IMHO.
Skye the land of mist & no views. And midges.
Some fotos on FB via TH page.
