Set off from car at 11.30am, wasnt sure that we werent going to get caught in a couple of showers of rain at some point but turned out to be a fine day for walking, if not a little warm at points. Long flat walk in before a steady climb. Didnt linger long at the top there was a cool breeze and coulodnt be bothered getting jumper out of the pack so took some photos and headed back down. Fine cool breeze during the descent but soon lost that on the flat section. ACG almost trod on a female adder sitting at the side of the track on the way down, then just before we got to the car park I almost stood on another one. Good Walk but would take a bike next time to take the strain of the long flat section. Back at car for 4.30pm 8)
