A fantastic double Munro followed by some tricky scrambling over the horns.
We made a first attempt on 29th Aug, but it was so windy when we got to the summit of Tom na Gruagaich that we turned back - or were blown back more accurately! Bitterly cold wind, with a bit of sleet too. We tried again the next day....and succeeded. Brilliant day, amazing climb, especially on the horns. Best walk to date.
First attempt: Tom na Gruagaich Sarah (6), David (6) , Alice (3) and Sam (4)
Second attempt: Tom na Gruagaich and Sgurr Mor, S, D and S
