I've always fancied doing this hill; it looks such a great shape when driving through Sconser.

For such a little hill, it gives a really great walk. Apart from the first bit out of the village, it's all on lovely sheep-nibbled grass, right along the edge of the escarpment - like a coast walk and a hill-walk rolled into one. And the views from the top are really as good as any.

We went back down and round via the coast which was quite steep, but we did see some seals from the lovely pasture area at the bottom - recommended.

Couldn't agree more with the positive evaluation of this hill. I am sure me and my wife will make many returns there.
