The route is still exactly as described on the WH page.
As stated good view of the hill and Ben An as well at the start.

Ben Venue from the start of the walk.

It is quite a long walk through trees with only one vantage point looking back to the loch on the climb up, where trees hae been felled.
P1271743.JPG
Loch Achray from the break in trees.

The two peaks are worth the effort otherwise don't get good view all round from just one.

Cloud clearing from Ben Ledi with frozen lochs (southeast top)

Spot of sunshine on Loch Katrine from the summit (northwest)

Going back down, once you reach the trees again, you come back down the path to car park very quickly as it is well made.

U0 - some nice pictures there although hard to believe it is 27th Jan. Apart from a few white patches it could be the same day I walked the hill in the summer with my brother-in law and our three kids. I definitely found the walk back to car down the path seemed to go on forever though!
