Lagnakeil Lodges

Our Lodges sleep 1-6 persons comfortably in 1 to 3 bedrooms and make ideal family holiday accommodation. Every Lodge is self contained and includes a newly fitted kitchen, dishwashers in our Ash, Conifer and Poplar Lodges, electric cooker, microwave, water heater and appliances. Whichever Lodge you choose you'll discover each has a character of its own great to come home to after a day out exploring the area.
Gate Lodge and Tigh an Lios
AppinAppin House provides comfortable self catering lodges near Oban and Fort William and is set amongst some of the most breath-taking scenery in the Highlands. From its elevated position overlooking Loch Linnhe, Castle Stalker can be seen with the hills of Mull in the background, and to the West, the mountains of Morvern rise majestically from the loch.
Completed in 2004, Gate Lodge must be seen to be believed. The spacious architect designed wood-clad Lodge is open plan on various levels. Tigh an Lios is a large architect designed house also with 3 bedrooms. Each sleeps six but more can be accommodated with an extra charge.
Cologin
near ObanSelf catering lodges, chalets and private houses sleeping from 2 - 15 people in comfort. Along the route of an Old Drovers Road from Kerrera to Oban and adjacent to Cologin Red Trail - a waymarked forest walk through Cologin Forest, AND with a good country pub on site, Cologin makes an excellent base for a holiday in Argyll. Easy access to Oban just under 3 miles by road (or over the hill with hiking boots). Pets welcome. Child friendly (playpark, ducks, space to roam) and free fishing on our trout loch in the hills.

Apartment
ObanEsplanade Court is situated in a particularly superb location overlooking Oban Bay, on the lovely west coast of Scotland. The apartments have qualified for the STB 4 Star rating. They are equipped and furnished to a good standard with each one having a panoramic view over the bay and out to the isles of Kerrera, Mull and Lismore. Oban is a lively west coast town with lots going on for the visitor. It is central for touring the west coast, or take a boat trip to the above islands and Iona which leave daily.
Tigh na Mara
Port AppinSet in a magnificent location close to the shore and with views over the sea to the Morvern Hills, this detached cottage lies in Port Appin and is ideally placed for exploring this wonderfully scenic area and enjoying peace and quiet of the countryside. A short way along the road, a ferry over to the Isle of Lismore can be taken, or splendid meals can be enjoyed in some of the famous restaurants here. There are plenty of walks along single track roads or visits can be made to nearby Oban, Isle of Mull, Glencoe and Rannoch Moor, all of which are within easy reach. Riding, boat and cycle hire available locally.
Island View
nr Benderloch, nr ObanSituated peacefully on the hillside with views of Loch Creran and the Marvern Hills, this bright and airy property makes an ideal holiday home for families. Standing detached, the shore line lies about 500 yards away, with a lovely sandy beach to enjoy at Tralee (2miles). The location makes it an excellent base for touring Argyllshire and visiting magnificent Glencoe, Oban and Fort William.
Kinvara
ObanStunning views over the Firth of Lorne to the islands of Lismore and Mull can be enjoyed from this spacious, architect-designed, detached property which is superbly situated for taking advantage of the many walking, cycling and fishing opportunites to be found locally. A stream trickles through the delightful hillside garden and the area is a nature lover's paradise with an abundance of flora and fauna.
Ardross
ObanArdross is a spacious 4 bedroom villa built in 1924 and refurbished in 2005. The house is a five minute level walk from the centre of Oban, and even closer to the island ferries and the railway station. Parking is available in front of the house.
Gallanach Road is one of the loveliest and most tranquil roads in Oban. It stretches for about two miles overlooking the Sound of Kerrera and the islands of Kerrera and Mull. Ardross is at the 'town' end of Gallanach Road, and enjoys views across Oban Bay to Lismore and the Morvern Hills from the upstairs bedrooms. The downstairs view of South Pier with the coastguard building, lifeboat and ferries is certainly less scenic but can still provide interest!

Port AppinSituated in the stunning 10 acre grounds of Druimneil House, this traditional Coach House was built around the end of the 18th-century. Traditionally furnished with a beautiful open fire and stylish kitchen it makes an ideal base for exploring the West Coast or Argyll, Glencoe and the Isles of Lismore, Mull, Iona, Coll and Tiree. This is an ideal area for keen walkers with the Ballachulish to Glen Creran or The Lost Valley of Glencoe being just some of the walks available, for the less energetic there is splendid walking in the grounds after which you can relax in one of the local restaurants or in the restaurant in Druimneil House.
