About Argyll offers guided and self-guided walking/hiking holidays in beautiful but undiscovered parts of the West Highlands and Islands of Scotland. We explore the hills, the lochs, boundless seascapes and islands. During the walks you can enjoy historical, natural or geological themes, the solitude of secret places and the pure pleasure of walking. You will hike in a small international group and our well-qualified, well-informed and enthusiastic guide will look after you. Accommodation is in comfortable B&B's or hotels. All our holidays start and end in Glasgow.
Walking Appin
Walking Appin is a small & friendly business run by Les & Issy Silkowski. Both are Summer Mountain Leaders and have walked extensively in all the upland areas of Scotland. Walking holidays (full weeks, weekends or midweek breaks) are available to suit the individual or small group's requirements, from Munro bagging to more leisurely low level walks visiting places of interest and taking in the flora and fauna.
