I have been using this site for inspiration for some time now and thought that I might give something back.

I like a challenge and on many of my visits to the Pentlands I wondered about a route such as this.
I then discovered that it existed as a race route used by the Carnethy Hill Runners.So all the hard route planning was already done. (They must be mad tho' ) Apologies if its been added previously but I couldn't find it if it has.

If you like a challenge and are looking for a full hill day close to Edinburgh then this might do it for you.
