Our extensive use of organic products ranges from vegetables to coffee and tea. Where organic or local produce is not available we supplement in the first instance with Fairtrade goods.

In 2006 we joined the Green Business Tourism Scheme and became the first Bed & Breakfast/Guest House in the Cairngorms National Park to acheive Gold. This was due to the many measures we have adopted and the help and support of our guests.
