This warm and very comfortable two bedroom cottage is in the centre of Boat of Garten, a quiet village in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. The cottage is a short walk from the local shop and hotel. A network of woodland walks start opposite the cottage and a regular steam train service runs through the village. Craigowrie Cottage is well-equipped with secure garden, off road parking and sheds for bikes or skis. It's location is ideal for exploring the National Park and perfect for golfing, fishing, hill walking, skiing, family activities and relaxation. |
Built with alpine flair and set among the birch trees and heather-clad grounds of High Range, each characterful chalet is completely self-contained. The comfortable and spacious accommodation is furnished to a high standard, including microwave, TV, DVD, hairdryer, iron and board, etc. All bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths are supplied FREE OF CHARGE. Electricity is charged on a £1 coin or card meter (cards available from Reception). There is ample parking space near the chalets. For our guests’ convenience, we have a Ristorante-Pizzeria & Bar, and fully-equipped launderette on site. Groceries and other provisions can be purchased from the village shopping centre, only five minutes’ walk from the High Range complex. The bus service, railway station, bank and post office are also close by. |
Hope Cottage is a lovely 3-bedroomed cottage in Nethy Bridge - a convenient base from which to explore Speyside and the Highlands. It sleeps 6 people comfortably. Dogs are welcome. The cottage backs directly onto Abernethy Forest where you might see red squirrels, capercaillie, crested tit and cross bills. It's located just a few minutes walk to the heart of the village, on a quiet road with no through traffic. |
