Ben View Cottage is situated in the picturesque village of Grantown-on-Spey in the Scottish Highlands. It is a cosy, comfortable cottage with accommodation for 4, ideally located for many activities, or for a relaxing and refreshing holiday and only a few minutes walk from the local shops, restaurants and the River Spey. Whether you wish to tour the Scottish Highlands, follow the Whisky Trail, go hill walking in the beautiful Scottish mountains, go fishing, play golf, or indulge in winter sports activities, this is the ideal location.

A large and spacious newly completed detached house ideally suited for families. This four bedroom house can accommodate up to eight people . All linen and towels are provided.

With spacious living throughout, from the large living room with open fire to the roomy kitchen and dining area with room for eight to eat, Cairn Toul is comfortably furnished and well equipped - it offers a superb central base for exploring the Cairngorm National Park.

Braeriach is a four bedroomed villa built in 2006. It lies to the north end of Aviemore in the Lochan Mor estate. Main bedroom with double bed and ensuite, twin bedroom, second double bedroom and single bedroom to rear. Family bathroom with shower & bath. Downstairs: spacious hall, lounge, dining room, W.C., kitchen and utility room with washing machine. Enclosed back garden. Linen and towels supplied. TV & DVD in lounge, additional TV in main bedroom. No pets. No smokers.

Set in our lovely grounds surrounded by woodland our 6 chalets sleep 4 or 6 persons . A quiet, tranquil location shared with the local wildlife. The chalets are equipped and maintained to a very high standard by resident owners. Each chalet has a heated outdoor cupboard as well as access to a ski store for drying clothes and boots. We sit in the Cairngorm national park area which has wonderful walking to offer at all levels.. There is so much to see and do in the area and Carrbridge is a very central location.

A charming country cottage sleeping 2 - 4 and sitting proudly on its own site, set back from the road on a gentle elevation. With woodlands to the back and stunning south facing views of the Cairngorms, this is the very essence of Highland tranquility. It lies within the Cairngorm National Park and is a mere half-a-mile from the centre of the village of Carrbridge, Inverness-shire. It is set in an ideal location for anyone feeling the least bit stressed or just needing something different. Within its half-acre garden it offers an abundance of wild life from woodpecker to red squirrel, buzzard to bullfinch, robin to roe deer (the latter hopefully outside the garden amongst the Juniper bushes from which the cottage takes its name). The village (nine hole) golf course is next door and within the village itself is a range of hotels, restaurants and the famous Landmark Heritage Park.

164 is a superbly fitted out cottage set in an exclusive development 1 mile from Aviemore centre. Its relaxed atmosphere and stunning views of the Cairngorm Mountains, right in the heart of Scotland's newest National Park, make it an ideal central Highland location for all types of holiday experiences.

Although originally famous for ski-ing (snow or dry), there are many other activities, such as hill-walking, snowboarding, mountain climbing, sailing, wind surfing, golf pitch & putt, clay pigeon shooting, fly fishing (river & fish farm), mountain biking through the many highland trails and the Great Forest of Caledon at Rothiemurchus, bird watching at the many RSPB reserves and, of course, the Ospreys at nearby Loch Garten.

Built with alpine flair and set among the birch trees and heather-clad grounds of High Range, each characterful chalet is completely self-contained. The comfortable and spacious accommodation is furnished to a high standard, including microwave, TV, DVD, hairdryer, iron and board, etc. All bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths are supplied FREE OF CHARGE. Electricity is charged on a £1 coin or card meter (cards available from Reception). There is ample parking space near the chalets.

For our guests’ convenience, we have a Ristorante-Pizzeria & Bar, and fully-equipped launderette on site. Groceries and other provisions can be purchased from the village shopping centre, only five minutes’ walk from the High Range complex. The bus service, railway station, bank and post office are also close by.

Hope Cottage is a lovely 3-bedroomed cottage in Nethy Bridge - a convenient base from which to explore Speyside and the Highlands. It sleeps 6 people comfortably. Dogs are welcome. The cottage backs directly onto Abernethy Forest where you might see red squirrels, capercaillie, crested tit and cross bills. It's located just a few minutes walk to the heart of the village, on a quiet road with no through traffic.

Easter Cullachie - self catering accommodation for 8-10 people between Boat of Garten and Nethybridge within the Cairngorms National Park

Close to Loch Garten with its famous Ospreys, this converted Steading nestles between the RSPB Abernethy Nature Reserve and the River Spey. It is an ideal base from which to walk, cycle, fish, wildlife or birdwatch, explore, or simply relax and enjoy the superb panoramic views over the Spey Valley. The accommodation is of a high standard with four bedrooms, central heating and double glazing. It is a non-smoking property.

Woodpark is a comfortable one-bedroom house, situated in a quite cul-de-sac 5 minutes walk from Grantown town centre. The property is over two floors and comfortably sleeps 4 (cot on request). Outside there is a concrete storage unit, two private parking spaces and a garden with BBQ. Grantown is the capital of Strathspey and is an ideal location for all from the enthusiastic hiker to keen rambler.

Ballieward Steading is a traditional detached stone-built cottage converted from an old croft steading. It is adjacent to the owner’s house surrounded by beautiful gardens in a quiet country location.

Set in the Cairngorms National Park, the Steading is only 1 ½ miles from the Highland town of Grantown-on-Spey. It is surrounded by fields and woodlands full of nesting birds in springtime. The sitting room windows command a panoramic view of the Cromdale Hills.

Traditionally built stone cottage in a remote setting just 3 miles north of Aviemore. Sitting room with open fire (and guest bed), bathroom with shower and bath, kitchen with oil fired rayburn. Sleeps 4-6 people. 2 bedrooms, double and twin (plus a guest bed).

The house is mainly wood lined throughout, extremely cosy and well situated with all the facilities of Aviemore and Speside close by, including The Cairngorm Reindeer Centre which is just 10 miles away. There is a Summer house and BBQ. in the enclosed and secluded garden. Also there is an outdoor hot tub, sauna and plunge pool. Fantastic views of the Cairngorm mountains where the reindeer roam. Very close by is a small loch, which can be fished on purchase of a permit. The loch is renowned for good birdwatching.

Nethybridge is a quiet and picturesque wooded village, beside the river, with good village amenities such as hotels, shops and golf on the doorstep. The Abernethy Forest and RSPB reserves in the area make this a walkers' and birdwatchers' paradise.
