Craignay is an attractive traditionally stone-built and typically Speyside detached house retaining many traditional features such as the exposed wood paneling and doors. It has been recently refurnished. Craignay lies in its own garden among the pine woods close to the old A95 road entering the village of Dulnain Bridge from Aviemore.
Craignay is within easy walking distance (300 metres) of the centre of the village and is surrounded by Scots Pine and Birch woodland. The garden enjoys a very sheltered area among the trees where it attracts warm sunshine. This is an ideal location to explore the Cairngorms National Park.

The cottage benefits from wheelchair access ramps to the front and rear doors leading from the private off-road parking areas. Internally the flooring is all on one level, making the whole house easily accessed by wheelchair. The front double bedroom has a ride in en-suite wet room which incorporates a shower area, low level wash hand basin, and w.c.
