Situated in the village of Newtonmore, part of the Cairngorm National Park, our self catering cottage provides an ideal base from which to explore the Cairngorms.
Steading 4 is a fully furnished cottage with 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs the cottage has a kitchen and living room, equipped with 2 sofas, dining table and chairs, TV, DVD and video players. There is also a WC downstairs. This recently refurbished property is situated on a working farm above Gallovie Farmhouse and close to the Pattack Falls. It's ideally situated for walking on the estate. These two one bedroom self-catering holiday homes are situated in the heart of Monarch of the Glen countryside with panoramic views over the Spey valley and Monadhliath Mountains.
They have recently been modernised and refurbished and insulated to a high standard. Each is equipped with microwave oven, hob, fridge freezer, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, Sky T.V., video or DVD player, radio and CD player. Both are centrally heated. Electricity is by coin meter, and Heather Cottage boasts an open fire in the living area.
