Downstairs the cottage has a kitchen and living room, equipped with 2 sofas, dining table and chairs, TV, DVD and video players. There is also a WC downstairs. This recently refurbished property is situated on a working farm above Gallovie Farmhouse and close to the Pattack Falls. It's ideally situated for walking on the estate. Single storey accommodation comprising 3 bedrooms, a lounge with open fire, open plan kitchen and dining room, 2 bathrooms - one with bath and shower over bath and wc and whb and a seperate shower with wc and whb.

There is a garden where you can sit and enjoy the abundant bird and wildlife. Dogs are welcome but must be well behaved and kept under control at all times as the garden is not enclosed. Parking available for 4 cars.
