The route given above from the east gives perhaps the easiest gradients on this steep hill.
One alternative is to head up the stalkers' path from Linnerainneach to Lochan Fhionnlaidh and then up to the bealach to the north before the final very steep climb. A third, rough option is to ascent fairly directly from the road to the south but this side has the least character.
