The Donalds

Your free interactive guide to the Donalds

The Donalds are the hills in Lowland Scotland that exceed 2000 feet in height. Like the Munros, the Donalds list has both Donald Hills (which are the main individual summits) and Donald Tops, which are the more minor summits not regarded as separate Donald Hills. The Donalds list on Walkhighlands currently consists of the Donald Hills. We intend to eventually allow users to inidividually opt to decide whether they wish to also include the Donald Tops.

Welcome to the our interactive guide to the Donalds. You can record all your hill ascents here on your own interactive baggers map, and keep a diary, complete with photos, maps and your gps tracks, to store your record of all your walking exploits. We feature the Munros, Corbetts, Fionas and other hills as well.

Use the links to browse through the Donalds. Each Donald has its own page, offering a link to the detailed route description where available (with 1:25 000 OS map, GPS waypoints and more) as well as other members' accounts of their ascents.
